Developing Tutors Seminar

London Writers Centre is continuing its Developing Tutors programme to offer London-based writers a paid opportunity to teach their first creative writing workshop. We are opening applications to run six more workshops to take place in 2026-27. This time three workshops will be run online on Zoom from October to December 2026 and three will be run in person in Deptford on Saturday 6 February 2027.

In order to apply, you will need to attend or watch the recording of a free Zoom seminar run by Bobby Nayyar, one of the programme team at London Writers Centre. The seminar will cover:

• Eligibility and how to apply
• Developing a workshop idea
• Fundamentals of teaching a creative writing workshop
• Tips on how to craft your application
